The second step for the estate agent is to verify that your credit history is clean and free of fraud. This procedure usually takes about 15 days for the estate agent to be completed.

At the accomplishment of this step, the state agent approaches the owner of the required apartment and conducts a meeting between the tenant and the owner. There, the two parties sign the contract. As a security, the tenant has to deposit 1-month’s rent.
